Great store! I was greeted as soon as I entered the building and was promptly helped. They very well stocked and I had many options for what I was looking for to choose from. I will be returning.

Awesome store. We discovered this store because they offered a K9 Training for new dog owners for free. They have really cool stuff. Little bit expensive but great quality. You will protective gear as much as camping small hacks. Wear appeal is very nice. Friendly staff. Clean and well organized. Location little hard to find since the store is hard to see from the main street.

I was looking for a specific style of long sleeve button down shirt for casual wear and outdoor activities similar to what I had purchased online 3 years ago from another company that had been discontinued. When I searched online for similar shirts 5.11 along with several other companies were identified. After checking out all of the other brands online and going to a couple of local stores and not finding what I was looking for without compromising some of the features I really wanted. I was surprised to find that 5.11 had a store in my area, not being at all familiar with 5.11 and having some questions about some features of their shirts when I was looking online, I went to the store and found the exact style of shirt with ALL of the features I wanted (5.11 Taclite Pro L/S). Vanessa the customer service rep that helped me was great and even tracked down one of the other colors I wanted and ordered for me. My wife and I love outdoor activities (hiking, kayaking, cycling, snowshoeing) and traveling and have purchased a lot of our casual/active ware from places like REI and I was completely surprised by the quality and wide range of activewear for both men & women and the prices are reasonable and competitive with other retailers. The wife and I will definitely be purchasing our activewear from 5.11 in the future.

My dad loves their clothes! The service is always friendly, but also gives you space to shop. The prices are on the high side but they are constantly having sales and marking items on clearance. Great place to buy shirts, pants, boots, and various accessories. Overall, it was a great experience shopping there.

This has become one of my favorite stores. I love there clothing and they have a Decent selection of EDC gear. Every time I go into 5.11 I Always make a purchase. I recently purchased a backpack and I Love it. They have a good selection of Morale Patches. I enjoy there mystery patch. Great Store and Great Staff.

I was assisted by a worker at the Fresno location named Jessica, and she really helped me in a way that I wasn’t expecting, making sure I had not only every question answered, but every need met; I was expecting good service, but not exceptional service like the kind I was gifted. Thank you Jessica! You’re a real one 🤗 I’ll definitely be back for all my uniform needs

I love this store. They are really branching out on women’s options which I love. I’ve bought many items including boots, a Rush tactical bag, Molle clips, patches, gloves, torches, tools and T-shirts etc. What do they all have in common? - they are all made really well, high quality and durable. I keep coming back for more. Customer service is also excellent, very helpful to find the right product and size you need.

On 08/06/2024 Tuesday at 2:45pm I walked into the 5.11 store in Fresno,CA and was immediately greeted with a warm “hello, welcome to 5.11” by a blonde hair blue eyed employee. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and was able to calmly and professionally multitask while other customers came up to the counter. The reason for my visit. I had to exchange some Icon pants for a lager size to accommodate for an inside the waist band (IWB) conceal carry. Therefore I had to go up in size to accommodate for the weapon and extra mags. She was so polite and helpful and I was out in no time at all. Thank You 5.11 for hiring such competent employees.

Every time we visit the 5.11 store, employee #0002194 consistently goes above and beyond to help us find exactly what we need. She is extremely helpful, highly knowledgeable about the products, and always maintains a professional and welcoming demeanor. Although we live in the Sacramento area, we make a point to visit the 5.11 store in Fresno whenever we have the opportunity, largely because of the outstanding customer service she provides. Her attention to detail and genuine willingness to assist make every visit a great experience. Thank you for offering excellent quality attire and truly exceptional customer service.
